If you have ordered weeks ago then you may have ordered a diamond painting. All our diamond paintings unless stipulated are made to order. That means the factory makes your order from scratch when you order it. It takes weeks to go through our factory. This is because it is charted individually, then canvas is made,adhesive applied, and drills allocated. It then proceeds to the warehouse to be packed and sent off. This information is also in the Terms of Service on our website before you order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for manufacturing of the order and a further 10-15 days for delivery to your address. Customs and shipping times may vary. We appreciate your patience in producing the highest quality product we can for you.
You can keep a track of your order once it has left the warehouse. We will send you a tracking number. If you haven't received a tracking number after 30 days please make contact with us and we will see what the hold up is for you.
