Most times when your card is declined, or wont go through the reason is that your card is a Pre-Paid card. These cards can work through our system but many wont because they are purchased without any tracking back to the owner of the card. The e-commerce platform we use will not accept Pre-Paid cards that are not able to be traceable. This is because these cards are often used for fraudulent reasons. Please ensure you purchase your card through a reputable agency and your details are recorded with them. then you shouldn't have a problem using them on the Treasure Studios Art shop.
