My drills/diamonds are popping off the canvas, what is wrong?

There are usually three reasons for popping drills and if we can identify one of these three reasons why, we should be able to fix it for you.

1. Do the drills have concave bases on them, so the bases are not flat? this would make them pop as the entire drill base doesn't get contact with the mounting film adhesive.
2. Do the drills have nubs or knobbly bits on the edges? This would make the drill oversized and push the other drills up as they are fighting for space.
3. If the drills are in good shape then the only other reason is if the drill field where the drills are placed is not large enough to fit the drills on. This is caused be oversized drills which just will not fit in the designated drill field. If using round drills from another company, this will most certainly be a problem. Our round drills are 2.5mm where other companies are usually larger. Please ensure you only use the drills provided with the kit or sent to you by us on your TSA diamond paintings.
